This Refund Policy explains when and how you can get your money back for a PageNarrator Pro purchase. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind PageNarrator Pro. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 calendar days of the original transaction date shown on your Paddle receipt. No questions asked.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with a statutory right of withdrawal, that right applies in addition to (and is not limited by) this guarantee.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@pagenarrator.com from the email address you used at checkout, or include your license key or Paddle order number in the message. A short note about why you are returning the product is appreciated but not required. We aim to respond within one business day and will confirm in writing once the refund has been issued.
Who Processes the Refund
Paddle.com Inc. is the Merchant of Record for PageNarrator Pro and handles all payment processing. Once we approve your refund, Paddle returns the funds — including any applicable VAT or sales tax — to the original payment method used at checkout. We do not retain any portion of the refunded amount.
Processing Times
Refunds are typically issued by Paddle within 1–2 business days of approval. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can then take a further 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement. International transactions may take slightly longer. If you have not seen the refund after 14 business days from our confirmation email, please get in touch and we will follow up with Paddle on your behalf.
License Revocation
When a refund is issued, your PageNarrator Pro license is marked inactive in our records. Active devices using that key will revert to the free tier the next time the extension performs its routine license check (typically within 24 hours, or immediately if you reopen the side panel). Reading content already cached on your device is unaffected.
Eligibility and Exclusions
- Only one refund per customer applies under this guarantee. If you previously refunded a Pro license and purchase again, the new purchase is final unless required otherwise by law.
- Refunds are not available where we have reasonable evidence of abuse or fraud — for example, repeated buy-and-refund cycles, license-key resale, or attempts to bypass the device limit.
- Issuing a chargeback without first contacting us forfeits your right to a refund under this policy and may result in your license being deactivated. Please reach out to support first; we are happy to help directly and it is much faster.
Free Edition
The free edition of PageNarrator does not require payment, so there is nothing to refund. You can uninstall the extension at any time from your browser's extension settings.
